SMS Messaging & Consent

All SMS messages sent through the J2M platform include opt-out instructions. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You may reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

J2M complies with all applicable carrier guidelines, CTIA messaging principles, and A2P 10DLC registration requirements. We do not send unsolicited bulk SMS messages.

How We Share Information

We may share information in limited circumstances:

• With our Clients — Conversation data and contact information may be shared with the business on whose behalf the message was sent.
• Service Providers — We work with third-party vendors (such as Twilio for SMS delivery, Stripe for payment processing, and Anthropic for AI processing) who access data only to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements — We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

Data Retention

We retain SMS conversation data and associated records for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations, typically no longer than 12 months from the date of the interaction. Client account data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and accounting purposes.
